Privacy Policy

To keep the platform running smoothly, we may log the following. We will not sell your personal information or share it with anyone.

1. 1.Unique identifiers for your account, device, current session, or networking equipment.
2. 2.Your email and username, needed to create and manage your account.
3. 3.Your password, which we only ever store as a salted, hashed value that we cannot read or reverse.
4. 4.Your two-factor authentication settings, including your secret and backup codes, when you enable it.
5. 5.The body of any HTTP request, including encrypted and decrypted HTTPS, sent to the service.
6. 6.Your IP address, used for session verification, login-location locking, and blocking banned users.
7. 7.Your approximate location (city and country), derived from your IP address through Cloudflare.
8. 8.Your browser and device information, such as your user agent, recorded with your sessions and security logs.
9. 9.A device fingerprint, powered by fingerprint.com, used to prevent fraud and multi-accounting. It is stored as a random string with no relation to your personal information.
10. 10.Various information about the actions you take on the site, including the scripts you execute and admin commands.
11. 11.Your account settings and preferences, such as your theme, anonymous mode, auto-execute, and launch options.
12. 12.Any content you create or save, such as your public and private scripts, and favorites.
13. 13.Your license keys, plan, and redemption and purchase history, used to provide and support your access.
14. 14.Trusted devices you approve to speed up future sign-ins.
15. 15.In-game chat logs from connected games, used for moderation and detecting platform exposure.
16. 16.AI assistant conversations and usage metrics, used to provide the feature and enforce per-plan daily caps.
17. 17.A record of your agreement to our Terms of Service and EULA, including the time, your IP address, and your browser information.
18. 18.Moderation records, such as warnings, restrictions, and ban history, used to keep the platform safe.
19. 19.Evidence attached to moderation cases, such as saved copies of the relevant logs, kept to review and support enforcement decisions.
20. 20.Screen capture attempts and similar activity in the dashboard, recorded to help protect our buyer limited content.
21. 21.Your Discord ID and profile picture, if you choose to link your Discord account.
22. 22.Your Roblox username, ID, and avatar, if you choose to link your Roblox account.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can manage non-essential cookies at any time through our cookie banner.

2. 2.Analytics cookies, used to measure performance and improve the platform, set only after you opt in.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. Our checkout and storefront are powered by SellAuth. The information you provide at checkout, such as your email and payment details, is handled by these providers under their own privacy policies. We receive only what we need to deliver your purchase and provide support, and we never see or store your full card details.

We share limited data with trusted providers who help us run the platform:

1. 1.Cloudflare, our network and security layer, which processes traffic and provides your approximate location.
2. 2.Vercel, which hosts the website and provides analytics.
3. 3.SellAuth, our ecommerce and checkout platform.
4. 4.Stripe, which securely processes payments.
5. 5.Discord and Roblox, only when you choose to link those accounts.

These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We keep your data only as long as needed to run the service and meet our security obligations. Audit logs of actions taken on the website are retained for up to 180 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Other data is kept while your account is active, and is removed when you delete your account.

We respect your data. You can request a full export of everything we hold on you, or permanent deletion of your account and all associated data, which is irreversible. To remove all of your data from our systems, contact removal@serversiding.xyz.
