Terms of Service

By creating an account or using serversiding.xyz, you agree to everything below. Please read it carefully.

Last updated August 2, 2026

Service Agreement

  1. 1.You must comply with this Service Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not open an account or use the platform.
  2. 2.You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with Discord, but our platform integrates with it: you can link your Discord account, and our community runs there. If you break Discord's rules or terms while holding a serversiding.xyz account, we reserve the right to blacklist your account.
  3. 3.No illegal activity. Fraud, scams, and reselling access get your account permanently blacklisted or deleted.
  4. 4.These terms can change. We may update them at any time, and continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the new terms.

Account Rules

  1. 1.One serversiding.xyz account per person. This is about your dashboard login, not your Roblox account. Creating extra accounts to evade bans or restrictions gets all of them blacklisted. You can unlink and swap your linked Roblox account anytime in settings.
  2. 2.No account sharing. Your login is yours alone. Sharing it, handing off your session, or giving away access is not allowed.
  3. 3.You are responsible for your account. Anything done on it is on you, even if someone else does it.

Zero Tolerance

The following break the rules and get you blacklisted, in most cases instantly:

  1. 1.No NSFW content. Scripts that produce sexual, graphic, or inappropriate content are an instant blacklist.
  2. 2.No reverse engineering. Do not decompile, reverse engineer, or tamper with our code, modules, or systems.
  3. 3.No external executors. Run scripts only through our platform, which is already a secure execution environment. Client-side executors are a separate thing and are fine.
  4. 4.No obfuscated code. Obfuscated payloads, whether via require(), loadstring(), or pasted into the editor, are not allowed. Our scanners need to read what actually runs on the game server.
  5. 5.No mass server disruption. Coordinated or repeated server crashes and wipes ruin the games for everyone and get you blacklisted. One-off chaos in a server you are alone in is fine.
  6. 6.No leaking infected games. Sharing the name, a screenshot, a placeId, or any identifying detail of an infected game with anyone off-platform is an immediate blacklist.
  7. 7.No sharing hub scripts. Hub scripts are licensed for your use through the platform only. Copying, exporting, or distributing them is not permitted, and every script is fingerprinted and watermarked.
  8. 8.Chat is monitored. In-game chat in connected games is logged and reviewed. Mentioning our platform, calling a game "infected", or discussing server-side execution gets you automatically blacklisted.
  9. 9.The catalog is private. How many games we support, and which specific games are in the pool, are private operational details. Publicly posting, hinting at, or speculating about the game count or the lineup anywhere off-platform is treated the same as leaking an infected game.
  10. 10.No community harassment. Harassing, threatening, doxxing, raiding, or abusing other members or staff in our Discord or any public community space we run gets you blacklisted, exactly like abuse inside the platform.
  11. 11.No breaking Discord's rules. Our community and integration run on Discord. Breaking Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines while holding a serversiding.xyz account is its own infraction and can get your account blacklisted.

Availability and Complaints

  1. 1.The lineup changes constantly. Which games we support, and how many, is entirely at our discretion and shifts all the time. A game being removed, patched by its own developers, temporarily down, or never added is normal and expected, not a defect in our service.
  2. 2.No uptime guarantee. The Services are provided as-is with no promise of specific games, features, performance, or availability. Any of these can change or break at any time.
  3. 3.Not grounds for a refund. Downtime, a patched or removed game, a feature change, or the service simply not doing what you hoped is not grounds for a refund, chargeback, or compensation. See our Refund Policy.
  4. 4.Feedback is always welcome. Reach us through our support channels anytime, and raising an idea, a concern, or a bug will never count against you. We only ask that you keep it civil and use those channels, rather than spamming staff to push for a specific game or change.

Blacklist Policy

  1. 1.Access is revoked. You lose script execution, game connections, and your dashboard.
  2. 2.Not eligible for refunds. Blacklisted accounts are not eligible for a refund.
  3. 3.Staff discretion. Staff may blacklist an account at any time they believe it is harming the service, and you will always be given a reason.

AI Assistant

  1. 1.Plan-gated. Available on Standard, Premium, and Ultimate with a daily message cap that resets at midnight UTC. The cap, the model, and the feature itself can change at any time, and hitting your cap is not grounds for a refund.
  2. 2.Roblox scripts only. It is scoped to Roblox scripting and platform questions. Off-topic requests are refused, and dressing them up as "for a Roblox game" is still treated as abuse.
  3. 3.Prompts are moderated. Every prompt is filtered before it reaches the AI. Being blocked once is not grounds for compensation.
  4. 4.Jailbreak means instant blacklist. Any attempt to override the assistant's role or bypass its safety filters is an immediate permanent blacklist, whether or not it worked.
  5. 5.Repeat abuse. Repeated flags or quota abuse lock AI access for 24 hours per offense and add a warning, and sustained abuse triggers a full blacklist.
  6. 6.Output is as-is. The AI can produce incorrect, outdated, or unsafe code. Review every script before running it.
  7. 7.Conversations are stored and reviewable. Your chats are saved to your account, and staff may review them for abuse investigations. Do not share sensitive personal information.
  8. 8.No reselling AI output. AI scripts are for your personal use through the platform only.

Community Scripts

  1. 1.You are responsible for what you upload. When you publish a script to the community library, you confirm it is yours to share and that it follows every rule on this page. Anything published from your account is on you.
  2. 2.Publishing limits apply. How many community scripts you can publish depends on your plan, and these limits, along with the feature itself, can change at any time.
  3. 3.You grant us a license to host it. Publishing a community script gives us the right to store, scan, display, and run it for other eligible users through the platform, and to edit or remove it at any time. You keep ownership of your own original code.
  4. 4.Everything is scanned and moderated. Community scripts pass through the same scanners and safety systems as everything else. Staff may verify, edit, hide, or delete any community script at any time, and a "Verified" badge is a staff signal, not a guarantee that a script is safe or bug-free.
  5. 5.No malicious uploads. Backdoors, credential or token stealers, obfuscated payloads, loggers, or anything built to harm other users or the platform is an instant permanent blacklist, whether or not it worked.
  6. 6.Only upload what you are allowed to share. Do not publish hub scripts, another creator's paid or private work, leaked code, or anything you do not have the right to distribute. The same no-sharing and no-leaking rules above apply to what you post here.
  7. 7.Keep every field clean. A script's title, description, tags, and every other field attached to it are public. Using any of them to post slurs, hate, profanity, harassment, sexual or graphic content, or anything that would break these rules if you said it in chat is treated exactly the same as saying it in chat.
  8. 8.No dodging the filters. Deliberately misspelling, spacing out, swapping letters or symbols, encoding, or otherwise disguising blocked words or content to slip them past our filters is itself a violation, whether or not it works. Trying counts.
  9. 9.No advertising, anywhere in a script. Do not use a script's name, description, tags, code, comments, or output to advertise, promote, link to, or funnel people toward any other product, service, community, or platform, whether a competitor or not, in any form.
  10. 10.Running community scripts is at your own risk. Scripts in the community library are provided by other users as-is. We scan them, but we do not guarantee any of them, and you choose to run them through the platform at your own discretion.
  11. 11.Abuse revokes your posting access. Staff may block your ability to publish community scripts at any time, and repeated or serious abuse escalates to a full blacklist.
  12. 12.These are examples, not the whole list. The rules above describe the kinds of abuse we act on, not an exhaustive checklist. If staff judge that something you posted is abusive, evasive, or harmful, "there is no exact rule against it" is not a defense, and neither is calling it a joke, a test, or a technicality.

Image Uploads

  1. 1.Everything here is a blacklist, not a warning. Images are the one thing on the platform that every other user sees without choosing to. Anything on this page is treated as a deliberate act, and the result is removal of the image and a permanent blacklist. There is no first-offence allowance and no "I did not know".
  2. 2.No links, addresses or handles of any kind. An image may not contain a URL, a domain name, a shortened link, a QR code, a Discord invite, a social handle, an email address, or any other way of pointing someone somewhere else. This applies to text inside the picture, not just the file: a watermark, a corner tag, a logo, a footer, a signature, or a faint background repeat all count. If a person could read it and reach another destination, it is a link.
  3. 3.No advertising or promotion. Do not use an image to promote another product, service, seller, community, executor, marketplace or platform, whether it competes with us or not, and whether it is yours or not. Branding belonging to another service counts as promotion even with no link attached.
  4. 4.No real people. Do not upload a photograph or likeness of any real person, including yourself. That covers faces, identifiable bodies, screenshots of someone's profile, and any picture in which a person can be recognised.
  5. 5.Absolutely no images of our staff or community members. Uploading a picture of a team member, a moderator, another buyer, or anyone connected to this platform, edited or otherwise, is an instant permanent blacklist and is reported. The same applies to their name, handle, or anything else identifying them.
  6. 6.No personal information about anyone. Real names, addresses, locations, workplaces, schools, phone numbers, emails, IP addresses, account details, documents, messages, or anything else that identifies a person or narrows down who or where they are. This holds whether the information is accurate, invented, or already public elsewhere.
  7. 7.No hateful content. Slurs, hate symbols, extremist imagery, and any content attacking or demeaning people over race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexuality, disability, or any other characteristic. This includes content framed as a joke, a meme, irony, or a reference.
  8. 8.No adult or NSFW content. Nothing sexual, suggestive, or otherwise unsuitable for a general audience, drawn or photographic. Every upload is scanned automatically, and passing that scan is not permission: staff judgement is final.
  9. 9.No violent, graphic or distressing imagery. Content depicting serious harm, injury, death, cruelty, weapons used against people, self harm, or anything else a reasonable person would find shocking or disturbing. Real or fictional, drawn or photographic.
  10. 10.No harassment or targeting. Do not use an image to mock, threaten, intimidate, shame, or single out any person or group, and do not upload content created to provoke or bait others.
  11. 11.No impersonation. Do not present an image as though it came from us, from our staff, from another user, or from any other company or service. That includes our branding, our logo, official-looking notices, and anything designed to be mistaken for a real message from us.
  12. 12.Only upload what you have the right to upload. Do not upload another person's artwork, photographs, paid assets, or copyrighted material without the right to do so. You keep ownership of what is genuinely yours and grant us the right to host and display it here.
  13. 13.The image must match what it is attached to. Do not use a thumbnail to misrepresent what a script does, to imply a feature that does not exist, or to make something look official, verified, or endorsed when it is not.
  14. 14.No hidden or embedded payloads. Do not attempt to smuggle data, code, tracking, or any other content inside an image file, and do not attempt to exploit how images are processed or displayed. Every upload is decoded and re-encoded by us before it is stored, so nothing survives that step; attempting it is still a violation on its own.
  15. 15.No evasion. Blurring, cropping, distorting, encoding, mirroring, obscuring, splitting content across several images, hiding it in a corner or a low-contrast layer, or any other technique intended to slip prohibited content past our filters or our staff is itself a violation, whether or not it works. Attempting counts.
  16. 16.These examples are not the whole list. The rules above describe the kinds of misuse we act on, not a complete checklist. If our staff judge an image to be harmful, offensive, deceptive, evasive, or damaging to this platform or its users, "there is no exact rule against it" is not a defence, and neither is calling it a joke, a test, or a technicality.
  17. 17.We may remove any image at any time. Staff may delete or replace any uploaded image at their discretion, with or without a reason given, and may revoke your ability to upload at any point.
Other policies unrelated to normal service use

Nothing below applies to using the platform normally. It covers what happens in the rare case an account is restricted, and is documented here so the process is on the record rather than handled case by case.

Unblacklist Keys

  1. 1.How you redeem it. Log in to the account that is restricted. The restriction notice opens on its own. Paste your key, write a short appeal explaining what happened, and submit it. Our team reviews it and emails you the outcome. There is no Discord ticket and nothing to hand to a staff member.
  2. 2.One key lifts one account. A key applies to the single account it was redeemed on. If more than one of your accounts is restricted, each one needs its own key.
  3. 3.Keys are single use. A key is spent the moment it is submitted, including when the appeal is declined. It cannot be reused, refunded as credit, or passed to somebody else.
  4. 4.A valid key is always a lift. We only decline in a small number of cases, most commonly where the original plan was charged back, or where the account is tied to a service competing with ours. Normal users do not need to worry. We only reject people with malicious intent, such as distributing limited content from our dashboard to the public or to competitors.
  5. 5.Nothing is deleted while you are restricted. Your license, private scripts, favourites and settings all stay exactly where they are. Access is paused, not wiped, so everything is waiting for you once the restriction is lifted. This is primarily how our suspension system works, if you ever break our rules.
  6. 6.Where to get one. Keys are available in our shop. Questions about a restriction go to support@serversiding.xyz.
