Refund Policy

You may request a refund if all of the following apply:

1. 1.Your request is made within 24 hours of the original purchase date.
2. 2.The license key has not been revealed, viewed, copied, redeemed, activated, or used in any way. Revealing the key counts as delivery and ends eligibility.
3. 3.You have not logged into the dashboard, opened the script hub or games hub, or executed or queued any script.
4. 4.You have not linked a Roblox or Discord account using this purchase.
5. 5.Your account, and every account sharing your email, IP address, or device, is in good standing: not warned, not blacklisted, and with no prior refund or chargeback on record.
6. 6.The purchase was made directly by you at full price. Promotional, discounted, and gifted purchases are final.
7. 7.You provide the original receipt and the original email address used for the purchase.
8. 8.You are not in violation of our Terms of Service or EULA.

Meeting every requirement makes you eligible to ask for a refund. It does not entitle you to one. All refunds remain at our sole discretion.

A request will be denied if any of the following apply:

1. 1.You changed your mind, no longer want the product, or purchased by mistake.
2. 2.You did not read the product description, the requirements, or this policy before buying.
3. 3.Compatibility or setup issues on your side, including your device, operating system, executor, or internet connection. We provide support for these, not refunds.
4. 4.A game was patched, updated, made unsupported, or removed by its own developer.
5. 5.Temporary downtime, scheduled maintenance, serverside updates, or changes to features over time.
6. 6.You were warned, blacklisted, or banned for any reason.
7. 7.You attempted to leak, expose, resell, share, redistribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service.
8. 8.The 24 hour window has passed, or the key was revealed, redeemed, or used.
9. 9.Refunds are all-or-nothing. We never issue partial refunds.

Everything sold on serversiding.xyz is a digital good delivered instantly. By completing a purchase you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any right to withdraw or to a cooling-off period ends the moment the key is delivered or revealed to you.

1. 1.A maximum of one refund may ever be granted per customer, across all accounts, emails, and devices.
2. 2.Approved refunds are returned only to the original payment method. Payment processor fees are non-refundable.
3. 3.We may refuse any request we reasonably believe to be abusive, fraudulent, or part of a pattern of repeat requests.
4. 4.We may require additional proof of purchase and identity before reviewing any request.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first results in an immediate and permanent ban from all of our services and forfeiture of any remaining access. We contest every dispute and keep full records of delivery and use, including the key reveal timestamp, login activity, execution logs, device fingerprints, and IP addresses.

If you believe you meet every requirement above, email refund@serversiding.xyz with your original receipt and the original email address used to make the purchase. Requests that are missing this information, or that fail any requirement, will be declined.
